Auto Pay and Storage Authorization

By providing Your checking account, credit card or debit card information (collectively, Payment Method), You authorize AT&T to store Your Payment Method and AT&T and Your financial institution to charge automatically to the Payment Method You have provided (1) the amount of Your monthly bill due each month and (2) any amounts outstanding if You cancel AT&T service(s), including any applicable cancellation fees and equipment non-return fees. You certify You are the owner of the Payment Method and You have the authority to authorize storage of and charges to the Payment Method You provided. You may choose another Payment Method by contacting AT&T and providing the new Payment Method information. You understand Your monthly payments will be charged on the date indicated on Your monthly bill and any final payment will be charged upon cancellation. You agree to update Your Payment Method, if there is change in the Payment Method information, such as account information or expiration date. AT&T can receive updated card information from the financial institution issuing the card.

Your authorization and the AT&T AutoPay service will remain in full force and effect until revoked by You, Your financial institution, or AT&T. You may revoke Your AutoPay authorization online at or by calling the customer care number on Your bill, which revocation will be effective when AT&T has had a reasonable opportunity to act on it. If You revoke Your AutoPay authorization, or AT&T or Your financial institution cannot process Your automatic payment, You remain responsible for paying Your monthly payments and any amounts due upon cancellation of service, including by making monthly payments by check on or before the due date on each bill. Promotional discounts or incentives that require Autopay will be removed if Your Account is de-enrolled from AutoPay.
